In the corporate program "Success Factor Family", developed by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth with partners and companies from the private sector, mybreev successfully participated and received the participation seal Progress Index Compatibility.

In this context, it is also important to Uwe Röniger to promote young employees and integrate their skills into the company. Laura Lis, E-Learning Producer at mybreev, says: "Growth is a top priority at mybreev. Laura is currently studying for a master's degree in "Educational Media" and combines theory from university with her practical experience at mybreev.
The program is based on an annual query of company data and key figures, which are compared with representative values from more than 600 companies. In this way, the participating company receives a tailored evaluation and can compare its results with other companies of the same size or in the same sector.
In addition, the evaluation helps to better classify and integrate offers and progress on the topic of work-life balance in the company. This not only has a positive effect on employee satisfaction, but also strengthens the external perception of the company and the interest of potential new employees.
