Content & Relevance

The EU Data Act is Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 and governs access and usage rights to data from connected products and IoT services. It has been directly applicable since September 12, 2025, to manufacturers of connected products, cloud and data service providers, as well as data owners and users. Affected companies must already begin implementing the new data access and portability obligations.

Training provides clarity on the rights and obligations regarding data ownership and sharing, which are newly regulated by the EU Data Act.
