mybreev and Diversity Lab: Working together for a diverse learning culture
Between departure and regression: why we need to position ourselves
As of 2025, the topic of fairness and equal opportunities appears to have reached a critical point. In social debates, political disputes and even in the workplace, diversity is increasingly becoming a source of friction - not a matter of course. Despite - or perhaps because of - these tensions, there is an opposite trend in many European companies: the will to take a clear position and actively stand up for a fair, inclusive work culture is growing.
But is that really the case? Or do many initiatives remain at a symbolic level? The reality is complex - and it calls for credible, long-term solutions.
Our answer: cooperation instead of lip service
As mybreev, we do not want to stand idly by. We believe that digital education is a key to shaping cultural change in organisations. That is why we are entering into a strong, strategic partnership with the Diversity Lab, one of the leading hubs for diversity and transformation in the German-speaking world. It brings together companies, organisations and people who are behind successful diversity measures and projects. With its own training centre near Berlin, the Diversity Lab offers a safe space for in-depth and sustainable learning experiences.
Two perspectives, one goal
mybreev stands for digital learning solutions that reach people where they work - digitally, flexibly and practically. The Diversity Lab brings with it a broad network of trainers who focus on social impact, personal development and experience-based learning. Together, we combine our strengths to create learning spaces that do more than just inform: They move.
"In the Diversity Lab, we combine theory with lived practice. We create spaces in which diversity is not only discussed, but experienced. The partnership with mybreev enables us to translate these experiences into sustainable digital learning formats. Real transformation begins where people leave their comfort zone. With mybreev, we can initiate learning processes that go deeper than superficial sensitisation - and at the same time significantly increase the reach and accessibility of our work."
- Darius Küller, Managing Director Diversity Lab
"How do we convey an easy, positive and productive approach to diversity? That is the topic of the hour. We stand for encounters, eye level and common ground. And all this in a relaxed atmosphere. When working for diversity, it's not just the what that counts, but also the how. If we want to win people over in favour of respect, openness and diversity, we need a good approach, good content and good communication. I see this golden combination in our collaboration with mybreev."
- Ali Can, Anti-Discrimination Trainer Diversity Lab & Federal Cross of Merit recipient
It's not about PR - it's about change
This partnership is not a marketing promise. It is a learning process - also for ourselves. We believe that learning should not be soft, but uncomfortable, challenging and honest. This is the only way to create real movement towards a fairer working world.
"Our collaboration with the Diversity Lab enables us to create learning content that not only informs, but also provides food for thought - especially for people who are sceptical about the topic of diversity. We don't presume to capture every perspective or have all the answers - but we do want to invite people to ask questions."
